Quick Add is the fastest way to import multiple products into Nesika AI. Instead of adding products one at a time, you can batch import dozens or hundreds of products in minutes.

Adding Products by URL

Paste product URLs and let Nesika AI automatically extract product information:

Navigate to Quick Add

Click "Quick Add" in the main menu or the "+" button in the header

Select URL import method

Click the "URL Import" tab

Paste product URLs

Enter one URL per line. You can paste multiple URLs at once (up to 100).

Click Extract

Nesika AI will fetch each URL and extract product details (name, brand, price, images, specs)

Review extracted data

Check the preview table to ensure accuracy. Edit any fields if needed.

Import products

Click "Import Products" to add them to your tracking list

Supported Websites

URL extraction works best with major e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento) and marketplaces (Amazon, eBay). Custom sites may require manual review after extraction.

CSV File Upload

Import products from a spreadsheet or CSV file:

CSV Format Requirements

Your CSV file should include the following columns:

Product Name, Brand, SKU, Product Link, Price (optional)

Product Link is required for AI-powered competitor matching. Other fields can be left blank and filled later.

Prepare your CSV file

Use the required column headers. Save your spreadsheet as a CSV file.

Navigate to Quick Add

Go to Quick Add page and select the "CSV Upload" tab

Upload file

Drag and drop your CSV file or click to browse. Maximum file size: 10MB, up to 1,000 products.

Map columns

If column headers don't match exactly, map your columns to Nesika fields

Review import preview

Check the preview table for any errors or warnings. Fix issues before importing.

Import products

Click "Import" to add products to your catalog

Download Template

Click "Download CSV Template" on the Quick Add page to get a pre-formatted file with all the correct columns.

Bulk Addition Tips

Follow these best practices for successful bulk product imports:

✓ Start Small

Test with 5-10 products first to ensure your format is correct before importing hundreds of items.

✓ Clean Your Data

Remove duplicate entries, fix typos, and standardize formatting before uploading. Clean data = better AI matching.

✓ Include Product URLs

Always include product URLs (links to your website or the product page). This is critical for competitor matching.

✓ Use Descriptive Names

The more descriptive your product names, the better the AI can match them to competitors. Include brand, model, size, and key features.

✓ Review Before Importing

Always check the preview table. Fix any red flags (missing URLs, invalid formats) before clicking "Import."

Import Limits

Bulk imports are limited to 1,000 products per batch. For larger catalogs, split your CSV into multiple files or contact us about enterprise import options.
