Competitor Overview

The Competitors page displays all retailers where your products have been found. Each competitor shows:

  • Competitor name and logo
  • Number of matched products
  • Average price difference compared to your products
  • Last scan date and data freshness

Competitor Detail Page

Click "View Details" on any competitor card to open its dedicated detail page. This provides a deep dive into your competitive positioning against that specific retailer.

Perfect Matches

View exact product matches with side-by-side price comparisons, price gap percentages, promotional badges, and last-scanned dates. Sort and filter by category, price gap, or promo status.

Similar Matches

Explore fuzzy-matched products with AI confidence scores, key differences between your product and the competitor's, and explanations for why each match was identified.

Sensitivity Analysis

Understand your exposure across product categories with a heat map showing overlap intensity, an undercut bar chart visualizing price disadvantages, and a promo aggression summary.

Risks & Insights

AI-generated insight cards highlight competitive risks (e.g., sustained undercuts), opportunities (e.g., competitor out-of-stock items), and anomalies (e.g., sudden price movements). Each card includes severity levels and recommended actions.

KPI Stats

The detail page header shows four key metrics at a glance: total matched products, percentage where you're cheaper, average undercut depth, and out-of-stock flags.
