Setting Up Data Feeds

Connect your e-commerce platform or PIM system to automatically import products:

1

Navigate to Integrations

Click "Integrations" in the main menu
2

Choose integration type

Select the platform you want to integrate (Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Custom API, etc.)
3

Enter credentials

Provide API keys, store URLs, or other authentication details as required
4

Configure sync settings

Choose what data to sync (products, prices, inventory) and how often
5

Test connection

Verify the integration works by running a test sync
6

Activate integration

Enable automatic syncing to keep your product data up to date

Start with a Test Sync

Before activating automatic syncing, run a test import with a small subset of products to verify mappings are correct.

Managing Product Mappings

Product mappings connect fields in your external system to Nesika AI's product schema:

Field Mapping

Map external field names to Nesika AI fields:

  • Product Name → Title, Name, or Product_Title
  • Brand → Manufacturer, Vendor, or Brand_Name
  • SKU → SKU, Product_ID, or Item_Number
  • Price → Price, Cost, or Retail_Price

Data Transformation

Apply transformations to external data before importing (e.g., currency conversion, unit normalization, text formatting).

Conflict Resolution

Define how to handle conflicts when the same product exists in both systems (e.g., use external data, use Nesika data, or merge).

Viewing Sync Logs

Monitor integration health and troubleshoot sync issues:

  • View sync history with timestamps and status (success, failed, partial)
  • See how many products were added, updated, or skipped in each sync
  • Identify error messages and warnings for failed syncs
  • Retry failed syncs manually
  • Export sync logs for debugging or auditing

Troubleshooting Failed Syncs

Common causes of sync failures include invalid API credentials, rate limiting, or mismatched field mappings. Check the sync log details for specific error messages.
