Managing Product Mappings
Product mappings connect fields in your external system to Nesika AI's product schema:
Field Mapping
Map external field names to Nesika AI fields:
- Product Name → Title, Name, or Product_Title
- Brand → Manufacturer, Vendor, or Brand_Name
- SKU → SKU, Product_ID, or Item_Number
- Price → Price, Cost, or Retail_Price
Data Transformation
Apply transformations to external data before importing (e.g., currency conversion, unit normalization, text formatting).
Conflict Resolution
Define how to handle conflicts when the same product exists in both systems (e.g., use external data, use Nesika data, or merge).
Viewing Sync Logs
Monitor integration health and troubleshoot sync issues:
- View sync history with timestamps and status (success, failed, partial)
- See how many products were added, updated, or skipped in each sync
- Identify error messages and warnings for failed syncs
- Retry failed syncs manually
- Export sync logs for debugging or auditing
