Nesika Price Intelligence for ChatGPT
Track competitor prices
Ask ChatGPT how your tracked products compare with competitors, which competitor prices changed, and which pricing insights need attention, using data from your Nesika Retail workspace.
Availability of Nesika Price Intelligence in ChatGPT depends on your ChatGPT plan, workspace settings and region.
What you can ask
- Which of my tracked products are priced above competitors?
- Which competitors changed prices on my tracked products in the last 7 days?
- Summarize my open pricing insights and priorities.
What answers include
- The date of the scan the data comes from
- The currency
- How products were matched
- Which products are affected
Observed prices are kept separate from Nesika's recommendations.
If data is missing or nothing matches, ChatGPT says so instead of guessing.
Before you connect
You need:
- A Nesika account
- Membership of a Nesika Retail workspace
- Tracked products and competitors
- At least one completed scan
Comparisons come from your most recent completed scan, so answers are only as current as that scan. Data older than 7 days is flagged as possibly stale.
What you can change through ChatGPT depends on your workspace role and on whether you allow Make changes when you connect.
New to Nesika
- Create your account.
- Complete workspace setup in Nesika: company details, brand, the products you want to track, your competitors, and your plan.
- Wait for your first scan to complete.
- In ChatGPT, open Nesika Price Intelligence and select Connect.
If your company already uses Nesika, ask a workspace admin to invite you instead of creating a new workspace.
Already a Nesika customer
- In ChatGPT, open Nesika Price Intelligence and select Connect.
- Sign in to Nesika.
- Choose the workspace to connect. A connection uses one workspace; to use another, disconnect and connect again.
- Review the permissions and select Allow.
The connection request expires after 10 minutes and must be finished in the same browser.
Changes and safeguards
- Nesika previews adding and removing tracked products, competitor changes, scan schedule changes, manual scans, match URL changes and member removal, and applies them only after you confirm.
- A manual scan preview shows how much quota the scan reserves and whether it fits your remaining quota, before anything starts.
- Other changes that remove or overwrite data, such as editing one product's competitors or schedule, correcting a match, changing a member's role or deleting an alert rule, have no Nesika preview step. They are marked as destructive so ChatGPT can ask you to confirm, so read each request before you approve it.
- Nesika never changes prices on your store or on any retailer website.
Your data
- ChatGPT receives only the workspace data needed to answer your questions.
- Nesika receives the requests ChatGPT makes to its tools, such as a product name to look up, not your whole ChatGPT conversation.
- You can disconnect at any time in Nesika under Settings → Connected assistants. Access ends within about a minute.
- Connections expire after 30 days without use or 90 days after approval.
