2. Permitted Uses

You may use the Services to:

• Monitor and analyze competitive pricing data for your own products and categories.
• Integrate pricing intelligence into your internal systems via the API.
• Build applications that consume Nesika pricing feeds for legitimate commercial purposes.
• Use MAP monitoring to enforce manufacturer pricing agreements.
• Generate reports and analytics for internal business decision-making.

3. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Services to:

• Price fixing or collusion: Coordinate pricing with competitors or use data to facilitate anti-competitive agreements.
• Reselling data: Redistribute, resell, or sublicense raw pricing data obtained through the Services without written authorization.
• Excessive scraping or abuse: Circumvent API rate limits, use automated tools to exceed your plan's allocated capacity, or perform denial-of-service actions.
• Reverse engineering: Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract algorithms, models, or proprietary systems from the Services.
• Unauthorized access: Access accounts, data, or systems that you are not authorized to use.
• Harmful conduct: Use the Services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious purpose.

4. API Usage Guidelines

• Respect rate limits as defined in your plan. Current limits are published in the API documentation.
• Use API keys securely. Do not expose keys in client-side code, public repositories, or shared environments.
• Implement appropriate caching to minimize unnecessary API calls.
• Include a descriptive User-Agent header in all API requests.

5. Enforcement

Nesika AI reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action against violations of this AUP, including:

• Issuing warnings for first-time or minor violations.
• Temporarily suspending access to the Services.
• Permanently terminating accounts for repeated or severe violations.
• Pursuing legal remedies where violations cause material harm.
